Nicole has revolutionized the interior design industry. Once a service only reserved for luxury clients, Nicole structured her business to combine beautiful, interior design with a focus on the highest quality items the budget allows.

It all begins and ends with relationships. Nicole Bailey Design prides itself on building and maintaining incredible relationships with clients and vendors. We work hard every day to make sure that a client's wants and needs are satisfied by keeping a trusted team of vendor partners on hand to execute their vision seamlessly.

As lead designer and visionary, Nicole oversees all projects, ensuring the NBD aesthetic and principles are incorporated while keeping the client's preferences foremost. We strongly believe in making the most out of every client’s budget, so we source our Recommendations straight from the manufacturer, including well-known brands directly from the furniture capital of the world in High Point, NC. This ensures long-lasting, high-quality, beautiful, durable products for today’s active families.

Today, she is the principal designer and creative director of a team of six. Together, they serve over 80 clients a year, and it is a dream come true.

On a personal note, Nicole, an avid tennis player, resides in Chester County with her husband, three teenage children, and their labradoodle, Dunkin.
